Put 3 drops in the ear AM and PM. Use for 5 - 7 days. Choose to do each side and lay on your side or plug ears with organic cotton or bamboo tissue. After a break, repeat if needed or take it as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

NOTE: Oil may be warmed on a hot teaspoon, then tipped in.
