Masala Chai: Assam Black Leaf Tea, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon, Ashwagandha, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Clove, Carom Seeds, Long Pepper, Star Anise, Mace, Cumin, Fenugreek, Tulsi, Nutmeg, Liquorice, Flaxseed, Brahmi.

Turmeric Shakti: Turmeric, Ashwagandha, Moringa, Tulsi, Ginger, Black Pepper, Lemongrass.

Boil some filtered water in a pan.
1 tablespoon of Tea Blend.
Add some milk if desired.
Continue from 3-5 minutes depending on strength choice.
Strain and Enjoy.

NOTE: The longer you boil the tea the stronger the taste will become, be careful not to over boil as the tea leaves may become bitter.
