Minerals and Vitamins are nutrients our bodies need to work decently and retain healthy. A number of minerals are needed for good health. These include: calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, chloride, zinc, magnesium, iron, iodine, sulphur, copper, selenium and manganese. Vitamin A, B, C, D and Vitamin K are some of the most pivotal vitamins for our bodies' overall health. There might be a chance that we are not getting adequate amounts of these Vitamins and Minerals which can lead to poor health.
