I was taking my daily walk in nature with my dog a while ago and I was contemplating how many of the things that I could see, could I actually consume? There are so many things that we walk past potentially every day that perhaps we’re not even aware have actual health benefits. Our ancestors knew! There are Dandelions, Chickweed, Purslane, Wood Sorrel, Yarrow and many others. Our focus today, is Nettles.
