I first came across EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) when I was 18 years old. I tried it for a little bit but I got lost in the teenage years and EFT fell by the wayside. I came across it again however a few months ago at a retreat in Wales; there was an EFT workshop hosted by an incredible man called Tommy Woodfin.
