Since January the first I have been eating more green leafy vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, as well as extra virgin olive oil, whole grains, mango, kiwi and almonds. Why? Well, it seems these foods are all good sources of Vitamin E, which is a fat-soluble nutrient that plays a crucial role in various bodily functions. A month has passed, and now I feel more awake and revitalised than ever.
