Year after year, studies have consistently revealed a disheartening truth. The majority of people, and I am one of them, fail to stick to their New Year’s resolutions, with less than 10% successfully achieving their goals. It has become almost comical to jest that New Year’s resolutions are made to be broken. However, if you are determined to make this the year you prioritise your health and fitness, it can be done.
