EMF Protection Supplements
I'm going to jump right into this, if you're here you know all about the why of EMF's. I know some people are more sensitive than others and some people are located more in deeply affected EMF areas. This is for those people. I want to stress at the start here that you must believe in the power and resilience of the human body. You're a powerfully, eternal being that can handle the trash being served up by those deeply unconscious beings. Now that said it is also wise to make your external and internal environment as supportive as possible. This particular article I'm purely focusing on the supplements to use in health and freedom over EMF's. There are so many other things to help involving diet, lifestyle, practices and environment but today this is all about which supplements to add in to your healthy, happy life.

Other things I'd like to mention would be Ginseng as its notable radio-protective abilities may potentially mitigate the detrimental effects of EMF radiation. As you may know, exposure to EMF radiation and blue light from electronic devices can disrupt Melatonin production. This is problematic at night when melatonin helps regulate sleeping and waking cycles. Insomnia and difficulty staying asleep may result from insufficient melatonin levels, which could have long-term health implications. I'd consider both Melatonin and Magnesium on this front.
