There's a hydration hack that's gaining popularity and it's utilising Celtic Sea Salt, a Mineral Rich, Magnesium abundant Superfood. The Hydration Hack
To effectively hydrate cells, we suggest taking a small pinch of Celtic Sea Salt on the tongue before drinking water at least twice per day. If you feel you are in need of extra hydration, or have had a bout of sickness, or diarrhoea. So take more, as below.
- Healthy Person - 1 Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt on tongue twice daily.
- Persons not drinking much water - 1 Pinch on tongue 4 X daily.
- Recovering from sickness / Dehydrated - 1 Pinch on tongue 6 X daily.
NOTE: In hot weather add 1-2 pinches to each one.
If you're open to Drinking Water in conjunction with Celtic Sea Salt
To properly hydrate, we advise our customers to consume at least their body weight in ounces of water.
For example, someone weighing 150 pounds should aim for 150 ounces or 15 ten-ounce glasses, which equates to 1.2 gallons or 4.7 quarts.
- Person weight - 150lbs (Pounds) = 10st (Stone) = 68kg (Kilograms).
- Will drink - 150 fl. oz. (Fluid Ounces) = 4261ml (Millilitres) = 4.2L (Litres) 1.2 Gallons or 4.7 = 5.4L (Litres).
Now let's put that into glasses.
If you are 10 Stone (150lbs) you will drink 4Litres (150 fl oz.) which will be drinking 8 large glasses of pure, clean water daily.
NOTE: It's not necessary to always do this longterm, take breaks, use this more during hot weather. You can reduce to half this when you feel your health is in balance and things are working exactly as you want.
