Stretching is essential, you know this, it's a simple part of a healthy lifestyle, I go through phases where I miss the gym and do no Yoga, but I always keep stretching. It really can be used to improve circulation, in fact I'd say along with Nitric Oxide and Cacao it's incredible, you get focus on certain areas and improve circulation all over. By stretching regularly (I like daily) you can increase blood flow to the muscles, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall circulation.

Spermidine... Natural Auto-Rejuvenation Factor
15 May 2023
I wanted to write about this supplement because I've just started a cycle of it. Spermidine interestingly named right, anyway it's a polyamine compound found in all living cells and has gained much attention due to its potential anti-ageing benefits. It is abundant in foods such as soybeans, wheat germ (where the supplement we have gets it from), and mushrooms, as well as in the human body. Originally discovered in the 17th century, spermidine's potential benefits have been of interest in the fields of biochemistry and cell biology.

How To Correctly Use Supplements
4 May 2023
I started Ancient Purity in 2010 and several years before that I was using supplements, but it even starts before that. If we count herbal remedies and homeopathy, I was using them - I should say they were given to me when I was a kid. I've always known herbs, supplements etc as medicine, one of my earliest memories is visiting these magical places in the 80s and getting homeopathy, I think I've even tried to make Ancient Purity look like those bohemian houses I remember. My point is that I know supplements and would like to explain them and give advice on how to use them correctly.
Thai Cuisine Turned my Brain on
19 April 2023
It was a sun-soaked summer day in 1997 when I first discovered the amazing taste of Thai food, which I mainly consumed at the street stalls or places where the locals went having their meal. Growing up, I had always been a picky eater, sticking to familiar dishes and flavours. Many of you guys probably ate the same dishes as I did. A meal always included (mashed) potatoes, some veggies and some meat. (This was before vegan food became popular) It was my first solo-trip to Thailand. I mainly explored the northeastern region, by the Thais known as Esarn. So, on this day, I was feeling adventurous and was willing to expand my narrow culinary mind trying something completely new.
