Apricot Kernel Oil is a light soft oil. This super-oil is known to contain higher levels of total phytosterols, tocopherols and b-carotene, as well as vitamin A and E. It has many amazing properties for use in a multitude of cosmetic and culinary products.
Buddha Nirvana Bowl (Apricot Kernel Oil)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Romaine leaves.
- ½ cup of corn.
- 1 cup cooked red beans.
- 1 cup cucumber.
- ½ tomato.
- 3 radishes.
- 2 teaspoons Ancient Purity Apricot Kernel Oil.
Preparation
- First, make the dressing by mixing the juice from 1 lemon with Ancient Purity Celtic Sea Salt and chilli flakes. Set aside.
- Divide the Romaine lettuce in 2 medium bowls.
- Take the tomato, cucumber and radish and cut in slices.
- Place the veggies one next to the other.
- Then add the red beans and corn.
- Add the dressing and drizzle with Ancient Purity Apricot Kernel Oil.
- Enjoy!

Power Porridge (Apricot Kernel Oil)
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats (regular or gluten-free.)
- ½ cup nut mix.
- 7 cups almond milk.
- 2 teaspoons Raisins.
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries.
- 2 tablespoons Blueberries.
- ¼ cup Ancient Purity Apricot Kernel Oil
- 2 teaspoons organic Ancient Purity Black Seed Oil.
- ¼ cup Honey.
- black & white sesame seeds to garnish.
Preparation
- Firstly, chop the Nut Mix and prepare any other toppings you may want to add.
- Secondly, heat up the almond milk or filtered water until hot.
- Stir in the oats and reduce the heat.
- Add in the raisins and nut mix and keep stirring.
- Stir in the fruit and Honey.
- Meanwhile, add the Black Seed Oil.
- Your oats should be very creamy by now. If you want it to be creamier or less thick, you can add more liquid at this point.
- Once you reach your desired consistency, take the oats out and put into bowls.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and 1 splash of Ancient Purity Apricot Kernel Oil for every bowl.

Eye Apricot Cream
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Ancient Purity Apricot Kernel Oil.
- 1 teaspoon grated beeswax.
- ½ teaspoon aloe vera gel.
- 3 drops Ancient Purity Hemp Oil.
- 1 Ancient Purity Vitamin E capsule.
Preparation
- Combine oil and beeswax in the top of a double boiler.
- Heat until wax melts remove from the heat.
- Use a wooden spoon to beat in the aloe gel.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Add essential oil and Vitamin E stirring well.
- Pour into a small jar and cap tightly.
- Apply nightly before bedtime.
